3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to use mobile applications in your country.

4. User Data and Responsibility

All data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:

• Managing your data
• Backing up your data
• Any loss of data due to device issues, app removal, or other reasons

We do not guarantee data recovery.

5. Optional Features and Third-Party Services

The App may offer optional features such as:

• Cloud synchronization (e.g., Google Drive, iCloud)

• Widgets and system integrations

If you choose to use these features:

• You are responsible for any third-party accounts or services involved
• Your data may be processed by those third parties under their own terms and policies

We do not control or take responsibility for third-party services.

6. Purchases

The App may offer:

• An auto-renewing yearly subscription to unlock core features
• A one-time purchase (lifetime) to unlock core features
• Optional additional content (e.g., themes, icon packs)

If you choose a subscription plan, it will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings on Google Play or Apple App Store. Billing and refunds are handled by the platform provider according to their policies.

Feature limits may apply to free users. All payments are processed by platform providers such as Google Play and Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.

Prices, features, and availability may change at any time. Purchases provide access to features as available at the time of use and do not guarantee future availability of any specific feature. Refunds are handled by the platform provider according to their policies.

7. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the App will:

• Always be available
• Continue to function on all devices or OS versions
• Remain supported in the future

The App (or parts of it) may stop working due to updates, technical changes, or external factors beyond our control. If the App is discontinued, becomes unavailable, or loses functionality, this does not automatically qualify for a refund, as purchases are tied to platform policies and conditions.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The App is a supportive tool and is not intended for medical use, diagnosis, or treatment. It should not be relied on for critical, medical, or time-sensitive decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Missed events or incorrect tracking
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including design, code, and content, belong to the developer. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
