UD CAVE is een snel spel met één knop.
Je scherm is in twee helften gesplitst met in elke helft een grot. Je bestuurt twee personages die tegelijkertijd door de grotten aan elke kant gaan. De grot aan de rechterkant is ondersteboven. Druk op een knop om beide karakters naar rechts te laten gaan. Verzamel onderweg munten om punten te scoren.
Het spel is afgelopen wanneer een van de twee personages de zijkanten van de grot raakt.
