Ginga Force contiene un dramático modo historia de diez fases con tres niveles de dificultad para todo tipo de jugadores. Toma el control, pilota una nave y utiliza el sistema de personalización de armas para combinar tres tipos de armas (la principal, la secundaria y la especial) en un sinfín de posibilidades. Además, los jugadores podrán disfrutar de la emoción de conseguir la mejor puntuación en el modo arcade con clasificaciones en línea.
