D PISTOLS es un juego de un solo botón de ritmo rápido.
Te estás moviendo constantemente hacia arriba y hacia abajo. Tu objetivo es disparar a todos los enemigos que vienen de los lados de la pantalla. Cuando los enemigos lleguen al centro de la pantalla, subirán o bajarán según tu posición actual. Presiona un botón para cambiar tu dirección y dispara hacia los lados. Mantén presionado un botón para cargar y disparar en las cuatro direcciones.
El juego termina cuando cualquier enemigo te toca.
