Assetto Corsa innehåller 24 varianter av 15 legendariska banor som återskapats in i minsta detalj via laserscanning, bland annat Silverstone, Nordschleife, Imola, Monza, Barcelona, Spa Francorchamps och Brands Hatch.
Spelet har en avancerad fysikmotor som möjliggör saker som inte återgivits i något annat racingspel, exempelvis värmecykler, 'flat spots' och andra typer av däckslitage.
